How to
We export our articles to most European countries.
If you wish to buy our products via shopping cart, you only fill in an Order Form without obligation. Then you will get a confirmation with delivery details and the total price excluding transport and insurance. And only then you make your decision to buy and pay by bank transfer.
Orders
In principle initial orders of Danish clients will be executed under the terms ”cash on delivery” or pre-payment only. Initial orders of foreign clients will be executed against prepayment or irrevocable letter of credit to be opened at our favor by any Danish bankers.
Minimum order value for new clients is 300 EUR in principle.
Prices
The prices are to be understood for delivery ex work.
Fluctuations in exchange rates, give us the right to establish new prices in the corresponding proportion.
All prices are incl. taxes and excl. VAT. Export to EU countries does not have to pay Danish VAT.
Delivery
We are happy to arrange shipment of our goods for our customers, but ask all transport cost to be prepaid.
Complaints will be taken into consideration within 8 days only. Damaged goods must be returned if wished, with a written notice within this delay to “C M LASSEN A/S”
After examination any credit notes will be established and can be deducted from the invoices.
Payment
All export orders must be fully paid, befores shipment / Pick-up.
Further terms
Special facts e.g. force majeur us release us from the stipulated date of delivery.
Danish right is valid for any contracts with foreign clients.
Product liability
Applying to product liability are the rules in force of the Danish law at the time in question. To the extent that no other mandatory rules of court follow, seller is not liable for an operational loss, loss of profit or indirect loss.
